What was the highlight of Silken Coliseum Santander
I had a very nice stay at the hotel, and commend the staff for their helpfulness with a few issues.
The hotel location was quite central. The room was comfortable, though there was no view from the window (other than an air shaft). The bed was very pleasant to sleep in.
A pretty view out of the window. A mini fridge that actually kept things cool would have been nice (I complained that the mini fridge didn’t work, and they did try to fix it, but it never cooled/chilled the products I put in the fridge, such as water, oat milk, fruit, etc).

Very comfortable, overall and left refreshed ;-)
Fabulous hotel, second time that I have stayed. Fresh smell when you walk in, lovely staff, extremely clean, very comfortable room and restaurant is lovely. Nice AC.
My mini bar fridge was not cold, not sure that it was turned on, bed was squeaky when I moved however very comfortable. Room a little small but nice.

The hotel is central for shopping and sightseeing. Very comfortable also the staff helpful.
The room was air conditioned and the beds were really comfortable. Liked having a bath to be able to relax and sooth the muscles. The location is perfect for the centre of the city for sightseeing.
The room was a little tired, the bathroom door the wood was pealing from a previous flooding of the floor. Some paint work from the walls were also pealing, needed re painting.
